How we handle enquiries through the FarmPod website.
When you contact FarmPod Retreats, we may process your name, email address, site location and any project details you choose to provide, so that we can answer your enquiry or prepare a quotation.
When you submit the FarmPod enquiry form, your details are transmitted securely to our Shop Manager sales-lead system, operated for the FarmPod sales team. The team uses the information to respond to your enquiry and discuss next steps.
We use enquiry information to discuss your requested products or partnership proposal, arrange follow-up and, where necessary, take steps before entering a contract. Our lawful basis will normally be pre-contractual steps at your request or legitimate interests in answering a business enquiry, as applicable.
Enquiry details are handled by the FarmPod team and appropriate service providers, such as our email provider, where necessary. We keep correspondence while it is needed to follow up enquiries and as necessary for appropriate business records or legal obligations; you may ask for more information about retention for your enquiry.
Under UK data-protection law you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information, depending on the circumstances. You can contact us about your details at help@ilikestores.com. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
